Oryzite is an environmentally sustainable technology that incorporates rice husk (up to 85%) in all kinds of thermoplastic compounds. In addition, it improves its firmness and dimensional stability.
This innovative technology has been developed by Iban Ganduxé in el Delta del Ebro and is patented worldwide.
Oryzite recycles rice husk, an agricultural by-product that is not suitable for human consumption, and incorporates it into the production cycle. In this way, it manages to unite the primary (agricultural) sector with the industrial one, in a responsible way with the environment.
Oryzite is a CO2 compensator / reducer (Greenhouse gases). For example, if a product has 85% Oryzite, this implies an 85% reduction in CO2 emissions, that is, a very significant reduction in the carbon footprint.
An additional advantage of this technology is its efficiency, since it achieves 16 kg of Oryzite for each kW used. Furthermore, throughout the process the water consumption is zero.
Oryzite is the greatest exponent of what we now call Circular Economy.
