Our development process
01 DESIGN
To start the process, we offer (1) collections made up of standardised eco-friendly packaging that we design and engineer ourselves, or (2) working side by side with our clients to design their idea for sustainable packaging aiming to get the most out of the unique characteristics of our materials.
02 formulate
From there, we define the formulation to be used (standard or customised) to meet the requirements of the chosen design, with the aim of reaching the highest possible levels of sustainability.
03 PROTOTYPE
We then materialise the design and formulation into a real prototype in order to fully validate and refine the final cosmetic container.
04 produce
Lastly, we inject the material in the standard or customised mould to produce the amount of eco-friendly cosmetic containers required according to our clients’ needs.
BARCELONA COLLECTION, WORKING TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE COSMETICS
The eco-friendly cosmetic jars in our Barcelona collection represent a before and after in the cosmetics sector in terms of sustainability. Plastic has been replaced with Oryzite (rice husk), thereby reducing the ecological footprint generated throughout their life cycle.
